Brian72 PersonalPowerPolling, LLC
————-for Immediate release——————-
The latest survey of Brian72s has been completed and, to our surprise, none of the other candidates that have recently been toying with running for President in 2012 has managed to put even the slightest dent in Palin’s level of support among Brian72s.
Here are the numbers:
Sarah Palin %100
Mitt Romney %0
Tim Pawlenty %0
Rick Santorum %0
Michele Bachmann %0
Herman Cain %0
John Huntsman %0
Gary Johnson %0
Ron Paul n/a
This leads us to conclude, based on a proprietary computation formula of hard survey data in our complex of super computers, that Sarah Palin stands a decent chance of not getting blown out by the competition in the Brian72 Primary of 2012.
We continue to believe if there is enough focus by enough credible people on Sarah Palin’s lack of intelligence and seriousness, her constant whining and complaining about the media, and her abdication of public office that she may yet become the unelectable chillbilly that we here are certain she is.
Unfortunately for us, our own data refuses to cooperate with our pre-conceived assumptions about this race.
However, we hold out hope that with enough effort, we can convince these crazy, redneck, racist, homophobe, gunnut Brian72s that there are better options out there for them to consider.
As a side note to this report, we are still cautious about including President Obama in our surveys, since the last time we did his disapproval rating among Brian72s was so strong our complex of super computers nearly melted down and caught our data-center on fire due to the extreme negative integer the data generated, normally only found in the cosmos, black holes, quasars, pulsars, and magnetars.
Thank Gaia for automatic sprinklers, and breaker circuits.
That concludes this Brian72PersonalPowerPolling, LLC survey report. stay tuned for future updates.
Great satire, and highlights one of my deepest concerns as we enter the primary season. I WORRY THAT THE DC-NYC CORRIDOR ELITES WILL BE USING FALSE POLLS AND TAINTED ANALYSIS TO DISTORT OUR PERCEPTIONS ABOUT WHO THE BEST PICK IS!
Serendipitously, the AP came out with this poll today (hat-tip, LaDona Harvey): AP-GfK poll: Obama approval hits 60 percent. This seems to fly in the face of two others that seem to confirm the real trends: CBS poll: OBL bump gone for Obama (he is down to 48%) and CNN: 48% believe a Great Depression is coming within a year. Hope and change, my friends!!!! In fact, Bizzyblog notes the horrid unemployment figures will be presented as the “new normal.” Add to these data points the fact that the median period for joblessness has hit a new high, and you can see why I want all “Shriners” to be highly skeptical when reading poll data and listening to punditry from NYC-DC Beltway types.
I also urge my Shrine friends to be wary of any business guru, entertainment icon, or other notable “discovering” the wonders of any specific candidate. Rely on your own research on what the candidates have done, what past and current policy positions have been, and how they handle current events.
This now takes me to a more local matter, the race for Mayor of San Diego. San Diego Tax Fighter, and friend of the Shrine Richard Rider sent an email out endorsing Carl DiMaio; he has this post today about Christine Kehoe.
W.C. Varones had quite a chestnut on another contender: The Republican establishment is lining up behind Bonnie Dumanis. She’s a good ol’ boy, union-pension-loving RINO!
Myself? I am inclined to wait until I see the entire field develop. Even then, I question whether any San Diego mayor can truly deal with the massive problems inflicted by the Sacramento elite: lavish pensions given to government employees for their continued support, the teacher union leadership hijacking meaningful reform to help themselves instead of our kids, illegal aliens swamping California’s resources to the tune of 10 Billion annually, and the state doling out subsidies to preferred and protected industries that work to protect the “Ruling Class”.
If one of the mayoral candidates is prepared to talk about a county secession from the state, I would then be able to give a most enthusiastic endorsement.
Until then, it remains a zoo!
