Dear Readers: I have chronicled the excesses of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and it deleterious impact on the California economy. The myriad of problems and power abuses have been categorized as “CARB-gate“.
One of the worst aspects of the CARB-gate scandal is that the lead scientist, Hein Tran, who promulgated the most toxic of CARB regulations (those on diesel emissions, which threaten a wide array of California businesses) had a fraudulent PhD from “Thornill University” (actually, a UPS store).
AM 640′s John and Ken have issued a 24-hour Radio Fatwa against Jerry Brown for not investigating the Hien Tran cover-up! California Air Resources Board chairwoman, Mary Nichols, is guilty of committing fraud by trying to cover up Hien Tran’s bogus degree and his faulty diesel emission death statistics!
Call Jerry Brown and tell him he needs to investigate Mary Nichols and the Hien Tran scam! This is fraud!
