Dear Readers: Here is my new favorite song, and the anthem of the Obama Administration.
While I realize that Democratic Senatorial Leaders had tabled the rush on the Obama Healthcare proposals while Speaker of the House Pelosi efforts at rapid passage seem be stalling (thank you Blue Dog Democrats), I must step back from the sense of pure bliss.
I never underestimate the power of the dark side: Rahm Emanuel says House will vote on ObamaCare next week.

Therefore, please contact your Congressional and Senate representatives — today is not too soon!
AND, I MUST STRESS, WE ALL HAVE TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERSONALLY VISIT OUR REPRESENTATIVES’ OFFICES DURING THE SUMMER RECESS SO WE CAN FULLY ACQUAINT THEM WITH OUR VIEWS.
US House of Representatives (Use Find Your Representative).
US Senate (Select State).
Also, here is a list of Blue Dog Democrats and less than reliable Republicans to contact:

And one to Representative Melancon, too: “I’ve been lied to,” Blue Dog Coalition Co-Chairman Charlie Melancon (D-La.) said on Friday. “We have not had legitimate negotiations.”

As I like history, I wanted to take this opportunity to refresh my recollection about Waterloo.
In the Battle of Waterloo (Sunday 18 June 1815[5] near Waterloo, Belgium) forces of the French Empire under Napoleon Bonaparte and Michel Ney were defeated by those of the Seventh Coalition, including an Anglo-Allied army under the command of the Duke of Wellington and a Prussian army under the command of Gebhard von Blücher. It was the decisive battle of the Waterloo Campaign and Bonaparte’s last. The defeat at Waterloo put an end to Napoleon’s rule as the French emperor, and marked the end of Napoleon’s Hundred Days of return from exile.
I would like to remind readers that Napoleon did not disappear entirely after that battle. Napoleon tried to escape to North America after the battle, but the Royal Navy was blockaded French ports to prevent this action. He finally surrendered to Captain Frederick Maitland of HMS Bellerophon on July 15, while the the campaign against French fortresses that still held out continued; the last for to surrender, Longwy, did so September 13, 1815.
We Americans must remain vigilant and continue or efforts.
